A Very Short Overview of American Youth and Adolescent Fitness

The current generation of children may be the first in human history whose average life span may be shorter than their parents. According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), 1/3 of children are considered to be overweight or obese.

Our youth will benefit from the activity. At NAFH we intend to begin reversing the devastating effects of juvenile obesity and associated diseases.
